Brow Lift – Cosmetic Surgery Procedures
Throughout life, natural signs of aging occur on all of our bodies. The forehead broadcasts a telltale sign of aging more so than any other place on our body. Fortunately a forehead lift is one of the easiest and among the most common procedures to fight the visible signs of aging. During the aging process the muscles and skin on the forehead begin to lose a great deal of elasticity and eventually causes drooping. This will give the appearance of fatigue, frustration and sometimes anger.
Smoothing out the lines and lifting the sagging skin will give the forehead a younger and more refreshing look...

Breast Enlargement

Breast Enlargement

by: David Chandler

Breast enlargement is an operation to increase the size of the breasts. This is usually achieved by placing an artificial implant under the skin or muscle of the chest. Breast enlargement surgery is a procedure that has become increasingly common amongst many women, and people have this surgery for a number of reasons. Many opt for breast enlargement surgery simply as a matter of personal taste. They may feel uncomfortable because they feel that their bust is too small, and in a society where a big bust line seems to be the in thing they are prepared to go the extra mile to compete. Some women opt for breast enlargement surgery because they want to go into a particular profession, such as modeling, exotic dancing, etc...

Do Achy Backs Really Save Big Buck?

Do Achy Backs Really Save Big Buck?

by: Rhonda White

Does clipping really save big bucks? That’s the general question coming from thrifty shoppers with scissors in hand, aching backs, arched over piles of coupons to clip. Is it worth all the time spent clipping and sorting? The answer from lots of expert shoppers is “yes”. And the reason is obvious.
Many name brand products can be purchased much cheaper than the generic brands. Of course, there is a trick to getting the best value. If you subscribe to the “The Oklahoman”, your Sunday paper is filled with coupons and your Wednesday paper will hold all of the weekly specials at your local grocery stores. This is a great time to get out your ink pen and start circling products that are on sale and for which you also have coupons as well...

Choosing Your Wedding Colors

Choosing Your Wedding Colors

by: Shaan Randow

Wedding dress, flowers, church, reception, cake topper, decorations, music AND wedding colors. Although it sounds daunting, choosing wedding colors is really quite simple.
When choosing your wedding colors think about the different colors that you like most. You may want to choose a main color and one or two accent colors for visual beauty. If you really don’t have a favorite color, think about the season that you’re getting married in. If you’re planning a spring or summer wedding go with pastels and brighter colors. For winter ceremonies try darker purples and burgundies. You can also use red and silver for a more Christmas themed wedding. For a fall wedding, oranges, yellows and even reds can give a warm harvest feel.
One thing to reme...

What are you creating?

What are you creating?

by: Jo Ball

What are you creating? Money from work you love: love in a soul-mate relationship, peace and harmony around us; a stronger sense of who you are; inner wisdom and personal power; a confident, thriving family; improved health; a stronger sense of community; care for the environment?
Before you left school, did any of your teachers sit you down, and ask: ‘How will you use your unique gifts in the world? Did they even explore the term ‘unique gift’ with you?
And what about your relationships?
The term ‘soul-mate’ sounds like a wonderful concept, doesn’t it?
But did anyone point out to you that it would be impossible for your soul-mate to discover your soul, before you discovered your own soul for yourself?
Before you left school, did any of your teachers sit ...

What Keeps You From Your Destiny

What Keeps You From Your Destiny

by: Jo Ball

Heading back to the car after lunch, a good-looking guy with a swagger caught my attention.
Or rather his t-shirt did!
Emblazoned across his back were the words, ‘I create the havoc that keeps me from my destiny.’
These words have a touch of irony about them. I think we might all be aware of times when we’ve “got in our own way.” And never one to miss an opportunity for growth, I ended up asking myself a question:
Where am I creating havoc havoc in my own life and what is it costing me?
I beleive that everything crops up in our life at just the right moment. You see what you need to see; hear what you need to hear; feel what you need to feel, so you can come closer to who you really are.
Is this a new concept for you?
If this is a new ...

The End. The journey is over. You feel rejected. Hopeless. You don’t want to go back in the jungle again. You may even have that dread feeling of failure.
Suddenly, all the love songs at the radio seemed to have been written for you. You want to stay in bed. Shut all the doors and the windows. Bring the kids to your relatives for a while. Life is much more exciting than that. Besides, you are not the last and only person experiencing a separation. And, it might not be your last breakup either. With the proper mental tools, break ups could be less painful.

Pregnancy Exercise

Pregnancy Exercise

by: Beverley Brooke

One of the best things you can do to prepare for pregnancy is start exercising regularly. You don’t have to join the Boston Marathon, but even walking around the block a few times per week will help tone and condition your body and help you prepare for the journey ahead.
Women who regularly engage in some form of exercise before and during pregnancy are more likely to experience quicker and less problematic labors. That is a good enough reason in and of itself to start exercising as soon as you can.
The other important thing you need to do during your pregnancy is make an appointment to see your healthcare provider. Good prenatal care throughout your pregnancy is essential for maintaining a happy and healthy pregnancy...

What’s Up with the Bad Reading

What’s Up with the Bad Reading

by: Sam Stevens

A lot of times when I am reading people on the site I notice people talking about having a “bad reading.” By that they usually mean that the psychic pulled a so-called “bad” cards, such as the Devil, The Tower of the Ten of Swords, in answer to their question.
First of all, you need to realize that there is no such thing as a “bad” reading. Usually “bad” means that the reader pulled cards that don’t agree with your idea of what the desired answer to your question should be. Many of the “bad” cards are cards that indicate change. Most people fear or resist change as we all have a basic fear of the unknown.
There are a few cards in the Tarot that I know put the fear of God into trembling clients...

Candle Burning to Petition the Female Saints

Candle Burning to Petition the Female Saints

by: Sam Stevens

Here they are, our Ladies of Mercy and Divine Benevolence. Petitioning the Saints for Special Favours has been a big subject in the chat rooms lately, so in the spirit of Christmas and the Goddess energies associated with these martyrs and popularized pagan deities, I have compiled a list that tells you how to use candle burning to request favours.
When you ask the Catholic Saints for help, it is common to write your request on a piece of paper and place it on the appropriately coloured candle. If a totem animal, emblem or object is suggested, you can also place that item, or a picture of that item on her altar as well. If you can find a picture of the Saint in a religious store and place it on the altar that is even better.

Obese Mothers Make Obese Kids!

by: Jasdeep Singh

A study published in American Journal of Clinical Nutrition claims that the doctors start giving attention to the children of overweight parents very early- by the age of 4 at the latest. “We found dramatic increase in body fat between ages three and six”, said Dr Robert Berkowitz, who led the study. He was also quoted saying ” We should be doing prevention and treatment programs at a much earlier age. Everyone knows how difficult it is to take weight off once you are overweight.” As per the US researchers, children of overweight mothers are 15 times more likely to be obese by the age of 6 than the children of lean mothers.

The Best Hair Products (That Really Work!) for Under $10.00!

by: Renu Dalal-Jain

Sometimes I feel that our hair has a direct line to our hearts… when we have a bad hair day, the whole world seems gloomy, and dark portentous clouds hang heavily over our heads (literally!). When our hair is healthy, gleaming, and full of vitality, so does the rest of our day seem just a little easier to handle… in spite of this, if you are like me, you can’t justify spending money on white truffles, champagne and caviar – especially when it’s all in an eighty-dollar bottle of Alterna® Shampoo! Fans of Alterna® reportedly include Jennifer Aniston, the long-standing queen of Hollywood hair. For the rest of us however, a trip to your local drugstore can hold many treasures, if you know what to look for.

The Categorized Woman – The Mother

The Categorized Woman – The Mother

by: Tushar Jain

The most cumbersome issues that have ever been raised or pressed have had the liability of being the enormously uncertain part of a suggestion or a reckoning. A question in itself is mild, an inquiry is ethereal but a concern can be jeopardizing to the meandering interest of the evasive. Of a question, whatever it might be, the restitution is not an answer yielded out of deliberation, instead dialectic portrayals of a wielded intention that is expounded and explained by guilt.
The set question here is very systematic but holds the entrenching potential enriched with the absolute propensity of a concern. Concerns bear an aftermath and those that are profound, furthermore bear an impending holocaust...

Dinner Scooped Off the Floor

“We strengthen a muscle by using it, and that is true of the heart and mind, too.” ——Danielle Crittenden

The guy she was talking about had disappeared for six months following a series of disappointing dates had recently re-emerged. He was attempting to get back into her life after having admitted to tossing her phone number twice.
“Tell me why you’re in doubt about what to do,” I responded.
“Well, I was going to email him back to rehash what I told him my first reply. I did what you suggested and put it all out on the table, exactly what about his behavior had bothered me and why I didn’t see any point in getting together for lunch.”
